ak44 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ak44 platform. By using any service provided through the ak44 website, mobile application or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. This document is a legally binding agreement — please read each clause carefully before using the service.

The ak44 platform provides online gaming, sports betting and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. All content, services and offers shown on the site are covered by these Terms. These Terms are written in Bangla — in the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall be considered final.

• Each person may create only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept fully confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our customer service immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or leased to any third party.
• If any personal information provided at registration changes, the account must be updated without delay.

The account holder is solely responsible for all activities carried out from their account. ak44 will not bear liability for any financial loss resulting from unauthorised use by a third party.

All services on ak44 are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may at any time request government-issued identity documents (National ID card, passport or driving licence) along with additional documentation for age and identity verification.

• Submission of a valid government-issued ID for age verification may be mandatory.
• If verification is refused or incomplete documents are provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• Withdrawals may not be processed until verification is completed.
• If an underage person opens an account, it will be cancelled immediately and the return of any deposited funds will be reviewed.

The following specific methods are available for depositing and withdrawing funds on ak44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). Transactions through any method not on this list are not accepted.

4.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise specified.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirement must be met.
• ak44 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if account verification has not been completed.

ak44 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Please read the conditions below before claiming this bonus.

• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,500 bonus requires wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net weekly losses — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver and 1.2% at Gold.
• ak44 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotional offer at any time.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — results are not predetermined in any way.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.

• Bets cannot be placed if the account does not have a sufficient balance.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final, except in cases of technical error.

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs and failing to report them.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Fraudulent behaviour or collusion against other users.
• Creating an account under a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to attack the platform's servers or network.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.

• An account will be closed upon the user's own request.
• After account closure, the process of returning any valid balance will be handled in accordance with the current policy, with exceptions applying in cases of fraud.
